2015 in review
As 2015 draws to a close, it’s that time of year when we tend to look back and reflect on the last 12 months.
In January, I resigned from a perfectly good 9-5 day job, to give this wedding photography dream of mine 100% of my head & my heart. I’ve said it before, but it honestly is pretty surreal when I think about the fact that I now get to do this for a job.
So without banging on too much longer, I’ll try and let my images below do most of the talking. They are just some of my favourites from throughout the year.
There’s also so much other work I could have included below – engagement sessions, family sessions, dozens of rolls of film of personal work, etc … But I decided to keep this blog just wedding related. These images are mostly from the ‘portrait session time’ at weddings. There is also so many other parts of the day that I love just as much, the getting ready, the ceremony, the guests, the party, well … everything really! So I’ve only thrown in just a few of those photos to break it up a bit. Otherwise there easily would have been 1000+ pictures here. I’ve kept it to about 100 instead.
To all my couples and their loved ones who have allowed me into their lives to document it in 2015, thank you so much.
Thank you so much if you actually got all the way to end! Bring on an even bigger 2016!
